I’m a poet without
words to describe a beauty faire.
She glows from within –
a treasure rarely seen;
a sparkling eye – like a star.
gives a peek within.
a rocky road I have traveled
away from and to broken hearts.
She can cure me or
break me;
for that smile and laugh
I’d give Aladdin’s gold.
I’m a lost soul and
lonely wandered looking for a home.
any man who catches her –
is a lucky one indeed;
She has the fire
and Soul of a Wild Steed.
I’m such a foolish soul
to think She’d look my way.
She has tresses and a body
that goddess’ would covet.
She has a wandering soul and
a bruised heart to boot;
I want to take her in my arms
and prove that I can sure her.
wil becker
