“Let a man avoid evil deeds as a man who loves life avoids poison.” – Budda
I have loved this quote since I first found it. If you want to live a life that is full and rich, fill it with good deeds and wholesome principles. Buddhism is not the only religion that teaches peace and personal improvement; I felt this quote delivered the principles in a concise and easy to remember line.
What is evil? It is so easily seen in history and in every day life. You might argue over specific actions of a person or organization.
I will simply put it this way … in doing, do good.
