BlogRoll Surprise!

Late last night, I finally got a change to check my eMail and the Net for anything new and exciting. I was surprised to see that Michael Santarcangelo of The Security Catalyst left a comment on my post from New Year’s Day [link here]. In his comment he informs us that he is in the process of getting a regular Monthly Security Round Table and Security Catalyst netcast published each month.

I have to admit I hope that he is successful. Michael does a good job of bringing the technical into the realm of understanding for many people. His Security Catalyst website is also well designed and informative. I hope that he will continue to provide quality content and information on computer and systems security.

I have added his site back to the BlogRoll and let you know when he publishes a netcast.

  1. I’m in the process now of working out a schedule for the SRT and TSC and expect to record an episode next week (once the book draft is submitted for review).

I would appreciate some feedback on the topics and ideas – and will probably post them to the security catalyst community, or possibly the blog, in the coming days.

I really enjoy podcasting, and have decided to make it easier on myself by building a “talk radio” style format, engaging the help of others and focusing on 1-2 shows a month.

I hope my efforts meet expectations! Regardless, please know you can contact me anytime you like with ideas, comments, suggestions — or to shoot the breeze.
