AllofMP3 Still Breathing?

This morning TechCrunch reports that AllofMP3.com has moved to allTunes.com. There is also some static on the line that MP3Sparks.com is the new home of AllofMP3.com; however that site went down within about 24 hours of being launched. I have not been able to verify any of this information. The TechCrunch article can be found here.
